I. Warranty Coverage Details

PUJH warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty is unique because it covers the Original Owner and, under specific conditions, is Transferable to subsequent owners.

1. For Original Retail Purchasers

Component Coverage Details & Policy
Core Systems
Frame, Battery, Motor, Controller
1 Year Free replacement of frames and electronic components found to have manufacturing defects.
(Battery coverage requires capacity loss below 60%)
Initial Quality First 15 Days Guarantees the bike arrives in perfect condition.
  • Free replacement parts for arrival defects.
  • Labor Reimbursement: Up to $75.00 (with receipt) if PUJH authorizes a local bike shop repair.

2. For Subsequent Owners (Transferable)

Unlike many competitors, the PUJH warranty travels with the bike.

  • With Original Info: If the new owner provides the Original Purchaser's Name and Order Number, the remaining warranty period transfers to them.
  • Without Original Info: PUJH provides free technical support, but parts are not covered.

II. Shipping Damage Protection

We guarantee your bike arrives safely. If shipping damage occurs:

  • Reporting Window: You must notify PUJH within 15 Days of delivery.
  • Action Required: Take clear photos/video of the damage and box. Note damage on the delivery receipt if visible.
  • Resolution: We replace damaged parts free of charge.

III. Warranty Exclusions

To ensure clarity, the following items are not covered under this warranty:

General Exclusions

  • Normal Wear & Tear (See list)
  • Improper Assembly (Stripped bolts, etc.)
  • Corrosion (Rust from water/salt exposure)
  • Commercial Use (Delivery, Rental)
  • Modifications (Aftermarket electronics)
  • Accidents (Crash, abuse, neglect)

Wear & Tear Parts

These parts naturally wear out over time and are not considered defective:

  • Brake Pads
  • Tires & Tubes
  • Chains
  • Spokes
  • Cables/Housing
  • Grips
  • Bearings
  • Rotors

IV. How to File a Claim

Please do not attempt unauthorized repairs. Follow these steps for the fastest service:

  1. Gather Evidence
    Have your Order Number ready. Take clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue.
  2. Contact Support
    Email us at support@pujhebike.com or contact your authorized retailer.
  3. Diagnosis & Resolution
    Our team will diagnose the issue within 24-48 hours. We will provide either a Repair Solution or a Replacement Part at our discretion.
