Your order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation email stating that the product has shipped or the seller has accepted the order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pujh and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the services or products. our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the applicable products or services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PUJH, Shopify, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of law or a third party’s rights; or (c) your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PUJH E-Bike is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes, except where prohibited by applicable law.
