Where We Ship

Currently, we only offer free shipping to the lower 48 states of the United States. We are currently unable to ship to Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, AFA, AFA Europe, AFA Pacific, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. Also, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO Post Offices.

Shipping Time

Orders in stock are usually shipped the next business day unless otherwise stated on the product page. In rare cases, shipping may be slightly delayed. If you do not receive your order within 10-15 business days, please contact us at kjxebike@163.com.

For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

Order Tracking

If you have registered an account on www.pujhebike.com, you can track your order and delivery information in your account.

If you have not registered, you can also track your order using the order number. For more details, please email us at kjxebike@163.com. We will respond within 48 hours.

If you have not received the bike yet, but the tracking shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 1–3 business days. After this period, we are unable to assist further, and you will need to contact the logistics company directly.
