How far can I ride on a single charge?

Riding range depends on model and riding mode (ranges differ by series; different models within the same series may vary):
⦁ PU1: single-charge range approximately 30–80 miles.
⦁ PU2: single-charge range approximately 35–110 miles.
⦁ PU3: single-charge range approximately 40–100 miles.
Note: Actual range will vary based on rider weight, road conditions, speed, and pedal-assist level.Additionally, temperature affects battery performance — riding range may decrease by about 15–20% in winter or low-temperature environments.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

Charging time varies by model and charger:
⦁ PU1 with standard charger: about 7–8 hours for a full charge.
⦁ PU2 & PU3 with standard charger: about 10–12 hours for a full charge.
To prolong battery life, charge in a normal room temperature environment and unplug after charging is complete.
Please note that charging time may increase in cold weather, as low temperatures reduce battery charging efficiency.

Are PUJH e-bikes waterproof?

PUJH e-bikes have an IP54 water-resistance rating and can be ridden safely in light rain or on wet roads.
However, avoid prolonged immersion of the battery or motor in water to prevent damage to the electrical system.

What is the top speed of the e-bike?

PUJH e-bikes can reach up to 28–45 mph depending on model and local conditions. (Actual top speed may be limited by local laws.)

Can I still ride the bike after the battery is depleted?

Yes. All PUJH models can be ridden like a normal bicycle when the battery is empty.

What routine maintenance is required?

Routine maintenance helps extend battery life and ensures safe riding:
⦁ Regularly check tire pressure.
⦁ Keep the chain clean and lubricated.
⦁ Inspect brakes and tighten bolts periodically.
⦁ Even if unused, charge the battery every few weeks.
⦁ PUJH provides lifetime technical support for all models.

Will I need to assemble the bike after receiving it?

Some simple assembly is required. Each PUJH e-bike ships approximately 80% pre-assembled, and the package includes all necessary tools and installation instructions/videos.
You’ll need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, headlight, seat, battery, and check the brake system before riding.
PU1 & PU3: also require installation of the fenders, rear rack, and taillight.
Tip: We recommend following the included assembly guide carefully or referring to our online video tutorial to ensure a safe and smooth setup.

What are the warranty and after-sales terms?

PUJH provides:
⦁ 1 year warranty for key parts (frame, motor, battery, display).

Currently PUJH e-bikes are shipped with free delivery to the 48 contiguous United States only. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

What are the shipping fees and delivery times?

Free shipping is provided within the continental U.S. Typical delivery time after shipment is about 3–7 business days. Remote areas may experience delays.

Returns & Warranty

What if the product arrives damaged or has quality issues?

Please contact customer service within 15 days of receipt and provide photos or video evidence of the damage/issue. We will arrange free repair, replacement, or return service as appropriate (evidence such as photos/videos may be required).

How long is the product warranty?

PUJH e-bikes come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering frame, motor, battery, display and major components. We also provide lifetime technical support.

How do I apply for a return?

Contact our customer service to obtain return authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Please ensure the product is unused and in original packaging. Non-quality returns may incur a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
