This warranty is provided free of charge and supplements your legal rights as a customer. Please read the user manuals carefully before your first ride and register your PUJH bike on our website to receive better support and after-sales service.

Products Covered

I. Original Retail Purchaser Warranty

  • Frame: 2-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects.
  • Electronic Components: 1-year warranty covering controller, motor, sensor, and battery.
  • Lifetime Technical Support: PUJH provides free lifetime technical assistance for all electric bike owners.
  • Original Defect Warranty: For issues within 15 days of receipt.
  • Other Warranties: Covers functional damage excluding paint and graphics.

II. Subsequent Owner Warranty

  • 2-year frame warranty when proof of original purchase is provided.
  • 1-year electronic component warranty when proof of original purchase is provided.
  • Free lifetime technical support for all verified subsequent owners.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty. Always contact PUJH support for assistance.

Warranty Terms

  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all warranty claims.
  • Warranty Limitation: Valid only in the original country of purchase.
  • Coverage: Repair or replacement of defective products. Replacement color or parts may vary by stock availability.
  • Return Process: The replaced product must be returned before a replacement is issued unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper assembly, installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage caused by accidents, collision, neglect, corrosion, or misuse.

Wear and Tear Items

Normal wear and tear parts are not covered by this warranty. Examples include:

Minor squeaks or noises are normal over time and can be resolved with basic maintenance.

Warranty Process

  1. Contact PUJH Customer Experience Team or your Authorized Retailer.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, photos/videos, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. PUJH will assess and arrange repair or replacement as needed.

Shipping Damage Insurance

PUJH provides free replacement for any bicycle parts damaged during shipping.

  1. Notify PUJH within 15 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide dated photos or videos of the damage.
  3. Retain and return original packaging and documentation.
  4. Inspect products immediately upon delivery and note visible damage on the bill of lading.

Implied Warranty Disclaimer

This document represents PUJH’s complete warranty policy. No third-party statements alter these terms. PUJH’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price. Certain states may have additional consumer rights not limited by this warranty.
