      Return and Refund Policy
 Thank you for shopping at our e-bike online store. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy. Items must be notified and approved by email before they can be returned. Items returned without approval will not be refunded. Please be sure to use the return label we send and follow the return requirements, otherwise you may incur high shipping costs (about $150). We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label. Please ensure that the e-bike is in its original packaging and includes all accessories and manuals. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.


  • Cancellation of Order
Before shipment: Free of charge.
Please contact our customer service team. kjxebike@163.com After shipment: After the order is shipped, if the customer needs to cancel the order, they will be required to pay a 10% handling fee. In addition, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee of $150, and areas such as Hawaii are not shipped. PUJH will provide a return shipping label and the return package will be collected by the designated carrier. *Note: If the customer chooses to arrange the return by themselves, PUJH will not be responsible for any damage, loss or other accidents that occur to the customer's self-arranged shipment.


   • Order Modification
Before shipment: Free of charge.

After shipment: No modifications are allowed. If you wish to exchange the e-bike after it is delivered, please refer to the Return Policy and apply for a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for a $150 re-address and recipient fee per e-bike.You will be charged a restocking fee of up to 10% (deducted from the refund).Please contact  kjxebike@163.com to continue this process.


   • Product Returns
For product defects: PUJH will do its best to provide you with service and provide technical support to solve simple problems. PUJH will also provide necessary replacement parts and bear all repair costs related to damage.
For shipping damage: PUJH will do its best to provide you with service, provide all necessary parts, and bear the cost of service.

Replacement and Return: Customers can refuse the package due to shipping damage (functional impact) or contact customer service first for other quality issues (such as severely damaged products). Our customer service team will assist in arranging free replacements and returns. Severe damage means that the main structure of the product is deformed and affects the normal function of the product in any way. For returns and exchanges due to other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee of US$150 per electric bicycle, as well as a 10% handling fee. (Deducted from the refund)
In order to better understand the problem and solve the problem effectively, photos and/or videos are required as evidence.
Non-returnable items include but are not limited to: • Damage is man-made • Special orders • Promotional items or gift cards • Free gifts or free gifts • All accessories except bicycles To start the return or exchange process, the following conditions must be met: • All returns and refunds must be completed within 15 days of receiving the bicycle. After 15 days, PUJH will no longer accept returns or refunds, but warranty is still provided, please refer to the warranty policy for warranty coverage. • All bikes with a total mileage of more than 10 miles are not refundable. • All bikes must not have any wear, dirt, scratches or any signs of use, and must be in the same packaging and condition as when you received them, and must include all the contents of the box (battery, charger, keys, hardware, etc.). • For non-quality returns, handling fees, shipping fees and other charges are at your own expense. Minor scratches and paint peeling are normal and may occur during transportation. We are happy to provide customers with touch-up services to help resolve these defects. Please note: If the customer decides to arrange a return on their own and the request has been confirmed by the PUJH customer service team, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safety of the transportation and ensure the return is successful. Customers must choose the signature confirmation service, and we strongly recommend that you purchase additional shipping insurance for the return package. PUJH is not responsible for any damage, loss or other accidents that occur during customer-arranged transportation. *Your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to enjoy the return service. Your item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by your original receipt or proof of purchase.    


   • Refunds
Once our warehouse receives the returned product and inspects it to confirm that it meets our return requirements, we will deduct any applicable fees and send the remaining refund to the customer's original payment method. If the refund is not received two days after it was issued, we recommend that you contact the credit card company and/or bank to inquire. Due to different fund transfer processes at different financial institutions, there may be delays in refunds. Please contact us. Non-refundable items include but are not limited to:  • The product is from a damaged product • Special orders • Promotional items or gift cards • Giveaways or free gifts • All accessories other than bicycles
