Return and Refund Policy (E-Bikes)
We offer a 15-day return and refund policy for e-bikes. All returns must be pre-approved via email to receive an RMA number and return label.
Please return the e-bike in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
Return Eligibility
- Requests must be submitted within 15 days of receipt.
- Total mileage must be under 10 miles.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all contents (battery, keys, etc.).
Order Changes
Cancellation
- Before Shipment: Free of charge. Please contact support immediately.
- After Shipment: A 10%-25% handling fee, $150 original shipping fee, and $150 return shipping fee will be deducted.
Modification
- Before Shipment: Free of charge.
- After Shipment: No modifications are allowed. If you need to change the address, a $150 fee per e-bike applies.
Accessories Policy
Accessories purchased separately follow a 30-day return window.
Return Eligibility
- Must be unused and unopened in original packaging.
- All original parts and manuals must be included.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for non-quality returns.
- Products showing signs of installation or use are not eligible for return.
Defective Accessories
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos. After verification, PUJH will provide a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed accessories.
- Opened wearable items (helmets, masks, etc.).
- Clearance, promotional, or special-order items.
