Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at PUJH. We are committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy. Returns must be pre-approved via email before shipment; unauthorized returns will not be refunded. Please use the provided return label and follow our return requirements; otherwise, you may incur shipping fees of approximately $150. Once approved, we will provide an RMA number and return label. Please return the e-bike in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals. After we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Cancellation of Order
- Before shipment: Free of charge. Please contact our customer service at kjxebike@163.com.
- After shipment: A 10% handling fee and a $150 return shipping fee will be deducted. PUJH will provide a shipping label and arrange collection by our carrier.
Note: If you arrange the return yourself, PUJH is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Order Modification
- Before shipment: Free of charge. Please email kjxebike@163.com.
- After shipment: No modifications are allowed. If you need to change the address or recipient, a $150 fee per e-bike applies. Refunds for returns will also incur up to a 10% restocking fee.
Product Returns
PUJH provides technical support and replacement parts for minor product issues. For shipping damage, we offer free replacements and cover repair costs. Customers can refuse delivery for severely damaged products or contact customer service to arrange free replacement/return.
For returns due to non-quality reasons, customers are responsible for a $150 return shipping fee and a 10% handling fee (deducted from the refund).
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receipt.
- Bikes with total mileage over 10 miles are not eligible for return.
- Bikes must be unused, in original packaging, and include all contents (battery, charger, keys, etc.).
- Minor scratches or paint chips from shipping are normal; we offer free touch-up services.
Note: If you self-arrange return shipping, use signature confirmation and consider adding insurance. PUJH is not liable for any transit loss or damage.
Refunds
After inspection, applicable fees (handling and shipping) will be deducted, and the balance refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after confirmation. Processing times may vary by bank.
Non-refundable items include: man-made damage, special/custom orders, promotional or gift items, and accessories other than e-bikes.
