Who can enter?
U.S. residents aged 18 or older who own a PUJH e-bike purchased through PUJH.com, Amazon, or Walmart, with a verifiable eligible order.
How do I submit my entry?
Enter your eligible PUJH order number and upload original photos of your bike, or provide a publicly accessible video link. You can upload up to 5 photos per submission.
Can I submit more than once?
Yes. You may submit additional original content for the same order. Different eligible orders may each qualify for participation rewards, but the same order can receive the $20 reward only once.
Who gets the $20 participation reward?
The first 30 distinct eligible orders with valid submissions each qualify for $20, subject to verification. Submission alone does not guarantee a reward.
Can I enter without owning a PUJH bike?
No. Contest participation requires ownership of a qualifying PUJH e-bike and a verifiable eligible order. Halloween shopping offers are available separately.
How are creative prizes awarded?
Eligible entries are judged for visual storytelling, creativity, content variety, and video or social-sharing quality. Minimum scores of 90, 80, and 70 apply to first-, second-, and third-place prizes, respectively.
When will winners be notified?
Creative award winners are expected to be announced on November 13, 2026. Selected recipients must respond within 7 calendar days of notification; an award may be forfeited after 15 days without a response.
Will PUJH use my photos or videos?
You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting and accepting the authorization, you grant PUJH a free, non-exclusive, one-year commercial-use license limited to the United States, as detailed in the Official Rules.
Do I need to leave a positive review?
No. Positive reviews, five-star ratings, and favorable product feedback are not required to enter or receive an award.
How will rewards be paid?
Rewards may be issued as a refund to the original order where available, or by bank transfer or another mutually agreed lawful payment method, depending on the purchase channel.
