1. Where we ship
Currently, we only offer free shipping to the lower 48 states of the United States. We are currently unable to ship to Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, AFA, AFA Europe, AFA Pacific, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. Also, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO Post Offices.

2. Shipping Time
Orders in stock are usually shipped the next business day unless otherwise stated on the product page. In rare cases, shipping may be slightly delayed, if you do not receive your order within 10-15 business days, please feel free to contact us at  kjxebike@163.com.
For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

You can also track your order here using the order number. For more delivery information, please send an email to kjxebike@163.com. We will respond to you within 48 hours.
If you have not received the bike yet, but the logistics bill shows that the goods have been signed for, please contact us within 1-3 business days.
Otherwise, we will no longer handle the issue after 1-3 business days, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to resolve it.
