1. Models & Performance
What are the main differences between the PU354, PU364, and PU366?

While all three models feature our signature AWD (All-Wheel Drive) system, they differ in Voltage, Power, and Tire Size:

  • PU354 (The Value Beast): 52V system, dual 1000W motors (3000W Peak). 24-inch tires. Best for value.
  • PU364 (The Speedster): 60V system, dual 1500W motors (5000W Peak). 24-inch tires. Best for acceleration.
  • PU366 (The Commander): 60V 5000W system. Larger 26-inch tires. Best for taller riders and obstacles.
How fast do the PU3 Series e-bikes go?

These bikes are built for speed:

  • PU354: Top speeds of 36-38 mph.
  • PU364 & PU366: Top speeds of 42-45 mph.

(Note: Always check your local Class 2/Class 3 e-bike regulations for public road usage.)

What is the realistic range on a single charge?

Thanks to our high-capacity batteries (52V 25Ah or 60V 20Ah):

  • PU354: Approx. 40-100 miles.
  • PU364 & PU366: Approx. 35-100 miles.

Range varies based on rider weight, terrain, and throttle usage.

Can these bikes handle steep hills?

Absolutely. The dual-motor system provides exceptional climbing ability. The PU354 offers 160Nm of torque, while the PU364 and PU366 deliver a massive 200Nm. They easily conquer steep inclines, loose sand, and deep snow.

2. Battery & Charging
How long does it take to charge the battery?

Using the included standard charger, a full charge from 0% to 100% takes approximately 10-12 hours. The integrated BMS ensures safe charging cycles.

Is the battery removable?

Yes. The battery pack is secured with a key lock for anti-theft protection but can be easily unlocked and removed for indoor charging.

3. Build, Sizing & Accessories
What rider height is recommended?
  • PU364 (24" Tires): Fits riders 5'3" and taller.
  • PU354 (24") & PU366 (26"): Fits riders 5'5" and taller.

The handlebars feature an adjustable stem to fine-tune your riding posture.

Does the bike come with accessories?

Is the bike waterproof?

The PU3 series is rated IP54 Water Resistant, meaning it handles rain and splashes easily. However, avoid submerging the bike or using high-pressure washers directly on electrical components.

4. Assembly & Support
Is assembly difficult?

Not at all. The bike arrives 80% pre-assembled. You typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, headlight, and pedals.
