I had ordered a replacement part for my son's bike a few months ago. The package arrived in due time and when I opened the package I had noticed there were a few very small insignificant scratches (probably from the travel to the U.S.) but wasn't concerned about it. The original part had a hinge on the part that attaches to the handle bar but the replacement one did not. I was just a gap, and when I was trying to put it on, the plastic part snapped. I was a little frustrated but I was able to screw it in and it worked just fine.

The best part about this company though it that I had an email that asked me to write a review and I did just like the one above. I was not at all looking to have it replaced or asking to have them make it right at all, I had just voiced a few issues but overall was happy that the bike fired up and was working again. I was shortly contacted by the support team and asked to take a few pictures of the concerns I had, and I did. I sent it to them and they immediately replaced the part and shipped it out to me no questions asked. This it the type of service I love and regardless of the complications of the replacement part, I had in no way expected them to go above and beyond making sure that I was satisfied with the product. If only we could have more companies like this one, I think life could be an easier place to live.

After a year of having the PUJH1 ebike, my power button developed a short, which required me to have to push the button a certain way to power the bike on. It would sometimes take me several minutes to get it right. Also I broke my display screen a few months ago, when I flipped the bike upside-down to repair a flat tire. The screen was still usable so I didn't worry too much.I was surprised that the power button and display screen came as a set, and I caught it on sale for $50. It was very easy to install and now my bike is working perfectly. I am very satisfied.

I absolutely love this company! The bike I purchased was a PU1 frame number C6. I have loved this bike from day 1. I find it to be a top quality bike. As a side note I was able to get 1250 miles out of the front inner tube and about 1350 miles from the rear, I stopped by a local bike shop and the owner was amazed, he told me the average he has seen is somewhere between the 600 to 800 mile range. Anyway I ( no fault to Pujh ) was trying to manhandle my bike down some stairs and it got away from me and my digital display on the handle bars was smashed. But no problem, I jumped on their website and ordered me a new one. They shipped the very next morning ( man that’s fast ). I received my new display a day or so later. There are several things I had to program into it for my specific bike that I did not understand I got in touch with support and they walked me through each and every one. So long story short; GREAT QUALITY WITH THIER BIKES, AWESOME PARTS SUPPORT IF YOU NEED REPLACEMENTS, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE! I would 100% recommend them ( and do to anyone who asks about my bike ) to anyone needing a good reliable bike with great customer service to back it up.
