PUJH PU354 Used Electric Bike

PUJH pre-owned electric bikes include a 6-month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery to the purchaser.

The limited warranty covers eligible defects in materials and workmanship affecting the frame and covered electrical components, including the motor, battery, controller, and sensors.

Normal battery capacity loss associated with age or use is not covered. Pre-existing disclosed cosmetic conditions, normal wear, and damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications are excluded.

Claims are subject to review by PUJH. Applicable remedies will be provided under the warranty terms and relevant law.

This 6-month commercial warranty applies to pre-owned bikes instead of the standard 1-year and 2-year new-bike commercial warranties. Statutory rights are not affected.

Normal wear and tear and consumable components are excluded from this limited warranty, including:

• Bearings
• Brake pads
• Chains
• Freehub bodies
• Rubber moving parts
• Cables and housings
• Sprockets
• Bolts
• Tires
• Wear-related fork deterioration
• Paint and graphics

Cosmetic wear, minor squeaks, and noises associated with normal use may require routine maintenance.

These exclusions do not restrict remedies required by applicable law.

All PUJH pre-owned electric bikes are designated as final-sale items.

Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, or previously disclosed cosmetic wear are not accepted.

If the bike arrives damaged, differs materially from its description, or develops a potentially covered defect, contact PUJH customer support. Claims will be assessed under the applicable warranty terms and consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable law.
